1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stewardly platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stewardly regarding your use of our software, data services, and clinical compliance infrastructure. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
2. User Obligations
Credential Accuracy
Users are strictly responsible for the veracity and maintenance of all uploaded clinical credentials, licenses, and certifications.
Compliance Integrity
Users must not attempt to circumvent security protocols or manipulate compliance status through unauthorized automated means.
3. Intellectual Property
All clinical algorithms, visual interfaces, proprietary data structures, and the "Stewardly" brand identity are the exclusive property of Stewardly Inc. and its licensors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stewardly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee the hiring outcomes or professional standing of individuals whose data is hosted on the platform.
Privacy Policy & HIPAA Statement

We utilize AES-256 bit encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Your clinical records are isolated within tenant-specific encrypted silos.

Stewardly maintains strict adherence to HIPAA standards regarding Protected Health Information (PHI). We enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with all institutional clients.

You retain the right to request a full export of your data or the deletion of your account at any time, subject to legal document retention requirements for medical credentialing.
